Insurance and Billing

As a courtesy to you, my staff will file any necessary forms to help you obtain maximum reimbursement from your insurance company. However, we are an out-of-network provider.  We will file your claim for you at no charge. We ask that all fees be paid as services are rendered. All insurance benefits are paid directly to you. Please provide our office with your current insurance during your first visit and let us know about any changes thereafter. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help.
